UAMS has welcomed patients from all 75 Arkansas counties, 50 states, and 50 other countries.
On an average day, 150 patients come to the Emergency Department at UAMS, seven babies are born, 35 surgeries are performed, and 2,150 patients see doctors at UAMS clinics in central Arkansas and throughout the state.
UAMS has the only high-risk pregnancy program in Arkansas, with board-certified maternal fetal specialists.
