The Division of Institutional Advancement: Building a Better State of Health
The primary purpose of the Division of Institutional Advancement and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Foundation is to secure gifts and philanthropic grants to support the statewide work of UAMS and advance its threefold mission – education, patient care, and research – to improve the health of all Arkansans.
Institutional Advancement supports fundraising efforts for all units of UAMS, including its colleges, institutes, centers of excellence, and departments.
